Dear All,
An issue with a network switch in the main server room resulted in computers and phones not working this morning. The IT services team are currently resolving the issue. We also have an external company accessing the network remotely.
- Phone lines have been restored in the main building and b block. All other phone lines are working intermittently.
- Wifi is working in the sixth form. Staff will be able to access the network on iPads but student will be unable to connect to the network on their laptops. Wifi elsewhere is working intermittently.
- All computers are still unable to access the network.
A further update will follow at 12.00.
