Cannot Print

Using a Laptop

If you cannot see the printer that you require under default printer you will need to submit a ticket so the correct printer can be added to your laptop wirelessly. 

Other Isses

If you have printed and nothing is coming out of printer do the following checks:

Check 1 

Check if there is paper in the printer

Check 2

If there is a Print Release Station in the room check if your print request appears on the list. If it has appeared you will need click print.

Check 3

If it says there is no paper in Tray 1 you will need to submit a ticket so this can be changed as all printers should be printing to tray 2

Check 4

If there is a paper jam nothing will print. You will need to submit a ticket so the paper jam can be removed. DO NOT TRY TO CLEAR JAM as you could damage the printer.
