To have your iPhone or iPad ready for the following steps you will need to send a helpdesk ticket requesting access to this service.
You can use the Following Guide to help you set up Groupwise on your iPhone or iPad or use the attached guide.
1) Press on your 'Settings' icon
2) Press 'Mail, Contacts, Calendars'
3) Under 'Accounts' press 'Add Account...'
4) Press 'Microsoft Exchange'
5) A new window will appear, enter the following:
Email: Type your full name here i.e. Joe Bloggs
Domain: Leave blank
Username: School Network Username
Password: School Network Password
Description: Groupwise
Press the Blue button 'Next'
6) A new line will appear named 'Server' enter the following line below:
gwsync.featherstonehigh.ealing.sch.uk
Press the blue button 'Next'
5) A new window will appear, allowing you to choose which services to sync to your device:
Choose the following 2 below, any others are not advised:
Mail
Calendars
Press the blue button 'Save'
You will be taken back to 'Mail, Contacts, Calendars' main page, you will now see the account name as the description you set earlier, it will show on the right hand side.
