Groupwise Messenger allows you to communicate with other staff by Instant Messaging, You can use this by following the steps below:
Step 1 - Open GW Messenger
You can open Messenger by clicking on GroupWise Messenger on the desktop or Via the ZENworks Window - Email - Groupwise Messenger.
Step 2 - Enter your Network Login details
Enter your network login details; once you have done that you need to click on Advance>>
Step 3 - Enter Server Address and Port
Server Address: 10.64.116.215
Port: 8300
Once you have done that Click on OK
Step 4 - Add other staff members
Once you have logged in you need to click on Add a contact
It will then open up another window (shown below); You will then need to type in a staff members name and then click Next
Once you have done that they will appear onto your list
