How to set up an archive
If you have never archived your mail and do not have an archive directory set up, then follow these steps:
- Log into the GroupWise software client.
- Go to Tools, Options, Environment.
- Select the File Location tab.
- In the box that says Archive directory, type in F:\GWArchive. Click on Apply. If it asks you "do you want to create the directory", click yes. NOTE: This should be done to your home folder only and not any where else (e.g. C drive)
- If it then asks "if you want to move your current archive to the new directory", click No.
- Click OK to close the dialog box.
Viewing archieved emails
1. In the Main Window, click File > Open Archive.
