IOS 9.3 iPad update issues

Dear All,

Please do NOT update your iPad to ios 9.3 as we are testing the apps, Currently Emerge (SIMS for iPads) is not working when you update the ios,

Once we are confident that the update will not cause any disruptions we will inform you to update your iPads.
